fix build error

error NU5118: Warning As Error: File 'D:\a\Xunit.DependencyInjection\Xunit.DependencyInjection\src\Xunit.DependencyInjection.Template\README.md' is not added because the package already contains file '\README.md' [D:\a\Xunit.DependencyInjection\Xunit.DependencyInjection\src\Xunit.DependencyInjection.Template\Xunit.DependencyInjection.Template.csproj]
